The speaker tell us not to put picture because at the trend today. Most of HR meets the person during the interview and I think the reason why the speaker tell us not to put picture to avoid criticism. Next is the use of email address. You should make it properly like juan_delacruz21@e-mail.com instead of 2cute&sexy4u@e-mail.com because it’s unprofessional if you will use that type of email. Another thing he said is don’t put many design to your resume because sometimes HR or manager got irritated to nonsense picture or graphics that is in your resume and lastly you should make it short & simple so that HR and Manager will not be tired of reading your resume.
