The resume must be constantly growing and changing to reflect the growth and achievements that you have in your profession or chosen career. It is a lifelong process.

Selecting the information to put in your resume is vital because you need to have a sense of what would actually seem beneficial and important to an employer. Depending on your career path and goals, the company hiring you and the field of interest of the particular company would all dictate on what information would be included in your resume.
