One thing that most sales people need to be ready with would be your contacts. These are the important things when you are in sales. The number of contacts can more or less help how good you are in marketing and closing deals. Normally, these would be asked but not in detail. Just a summary of how many contacts you have will be one of the good points towards getting the nod of any company.
Be sure you are not making up contact details for credibility. It will work against you since you never know if they happen to know that person. You will undergo a series of interviews. The possibilities may be many but you just never know.
