Corporate recruiter bids an opening to approach dialogue, the highest probable number of outlooks in the shortest probable amount of time. For many students, job fairs offer a “freebie†chance to meet with multiple employers in the same day. However, unless you do your homework, you will end up desecrating your time at a job fair. Job fairs are the meat markets of the admission level job market, with employers sizing up candidates swiftly, based on appearances, communication ability, and first notions. Job fairs have a group of policies and protocols all their own. But if you appreciate how to efficiently work within the system, you can simply double or triple your efficiency and effectiveness.
